About the mill

The mill opened in 1998 with a single rolling line and one customer. Today it runs vacuum arc remelting, hot and cold rolling, heat treatment and a testing laboratory on the same site, and ships to forty-two countries.

Why one site matters

Every step between the ingot and the certificate happens under one roof, so when a customer asks which heat a bar came from, the answer takes minutes rather than a week of emails to subcontractors. It also means we can hold material at an intermediate stage and finish it to a revised specification, which is what makes a moving build schedule survivable.

Testing

The laboratory runs tensile, hardness and ultrasonic inspection in-house. Chemistry goes to an accredited third party, because a mill certifying its own chemistry is a conflict of interest no buyer should have to accept.

Certifications

ISO 9001 since 2004, AS9100D since 2016, PED 2014/68/EU for pressure equipment, and NADCAP accreditation for ultrasonic testing. Every shipment carries an EN 10204 3.1 certificate.
